Domino's Corporate in Odenton, MD is seeking a Warehouse Sanitation Associate to perform sanitation, inventory updates, and loading/unloading tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You'll work the 10 PM to 6:30 AM shift (Sun–Fri, 5 days). The role pays $20.50 per hour and requires RF scanner/WMS experience, basic math, and warehouse fundamentals. Safety, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs are essential for success.

Qualifications

• One–two years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with RF Scanner and WMS.
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory control.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Use a forklift or walking pallet jack for transporting/lifting loads within the warehouse.
• FIFO rotation for stock.
• Pass background checks every 3rd year on anniversary date.
• Adherence to work schedule and attendance policy.
• Understand and implement safe lifting practices.

Responsibilities

• Remove dough trays/carts and returns product from truck.
• Update inventory to reflect received product and sort/store usable product.
• Thoroughly clean cargo area of trailer to ensure sanitary storage area for product during transport.
• Pre-cool cargo area of trailer to company specifications prior to loading product.
• Operate scanner to pick proper orders and manage inventory accurately.
• Ensure orders are accurate in quantity, size, and date.
• Stage items for loaders and delivery and maximize space when loading onto trailers.
• Load trailers according to company specifications for maximum delivery accuracy.
• Secure loads with load bars or straps and inspect product quality before loading.
• Verify dough and product accuracy on assigned trailers and correct variances with leadership.

Job Description

The Warehouse Sanitation Associate uses standard operating procedures (SOP) to perform the picking, loading, and unloading of delivery trucks and/or receives and stores materials/products. Assists with ICL, auditing or production functions as needed. Maintains safe work area through general housekeeping and performs sanitation functions as required. Wears proper PPE as required.

• Hourly Rate: $20.50
• Shift: 10 PM - 6:30 AM (Sunday - Friday/ 5-day work schedule)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Sanitation Duties :

• Remove dough trays/carts and returns product from truck
• Update inventory to reflect received product and sorts and stores usable product
• Thoroughly cleans cargo area of trailer to ensure sanitary storage area for product during transport
• Pre-cool cargo area of trailer to company specifications prior to loading product

Picker Duties:

• Operate scanner so that the proper order is picked, and inventory is managed accurately
• Ensure that orders are accurate, including quantity, size, and date
• Stage items correctly for loaders and delivery
• Efficiently loads product onto carts maximizing space
• Operate handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed
• Move product from staging area to trailer using equipment such as forklift, pallet jack or two-wheeled cart
• Stage each order with the use of handheld scanner in preparation of loading onto trailers

Loader Duties:

• Complete load verification with handheld scanner and verifies accuracy of assembled loads
• Load trailers according to company specifications for maximum delivery accuracy
• Secure load within cargo area of trailer using load bars, or straps
• Load outbound trailers/routes according to load sheets
• Inspect product for quality before loading onto trailers
• Assist with pulling orders for walk up customers, as needed

Auditor Duties:

• Verify dough and product is accurate on assigned trailers
• Work with leadership and loaders to correct variances that have been identified

Qualifications:

• Experience working with an RF Scanner and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory control

• Use a forklift or walking pallet jack for transporting/lifting loads within the warehouse
• Use "First In, First Out" (FIFO) procedure to ensure proper rotation of existing stock
• Must successfully pass a background checks every 3rd year on your anniversary date
• Adherence to work schedule and attendance policy
• Understand and utilize safe lifting practices

Additional Requirement:

• Follow Domino’s dress code standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
• Maintain forklift, pallet jack and scissor lift certifications

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift to from floor above head 25 lbs. frequently, and 50 lb. occasionally throughout shift
• Work in extreme temperatures [0-38 degrees] or heat [80+ degrees], and environment with exposure to loud machinery
• Ability to work well on a team but can be self-motivated and independent at times
• Must be available to work during a shift which may be scheduled anytime during a 24-hour day, over any 7-day period, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour
