Job summary

Domino's is hiring a Warehouse Associate - Sanitation to uphold sanitation SOPs and maintain a safe, clean work area. You will read and follow SOPs, manage inventory, and support loading/unloading operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include sanitizing trailer cargo areas, updating inventory, and using RF scanners and WMS. The role requires HS diploma, forklift experience, and the ability to work 4 days a week for 10 hours each, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Prior sanitation/housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Basic computer literacy for order processing and inventory control.
• Simple math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience and ability to lift safely.
• Must follow FIFO for stock rotation and pass background checks every 3 years.
• Reliable attendance and adherence to schedules, including weekends/holidays.
• Commitment to safe lifting practices.

Responsibilities

• Remove dough trays/carts and return products from trucks.
• Update inventory reflecting received product and organize stock.
• Thoroughly clean trailer cargo area for sanitary storage.
• Pre-cool trailer cargo area to company specs before loading.
• Sanitize and clean the warehouse; handle cleaning chemicals knowledge.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed while maintaining safety.

Job Description

The Warehouse Associate - Sanitation uses standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintains a safe work area through general housekeeping and performs sanitation functions. Wears proper PPE as required.

Shift

Must be available to work ANY 4 days out of the week, including weekends and holidays for 10 hours shifts with three rotating days off. Day Shift. There may also be mandatory overtime.

Compensation

$20.00/hourly; bi-weekly

Responsibilities And Duties

Sanitation Duties

• Remove dough trays/carts and returns product from truck
• Update inventory to reflect received product and sorts and stores usable product
• Thoroughly cleans cargo area of trailer to ensure sanitary storage area for product during transport
• Pre-cool cargo area of trailer to company specifications prior to loading product
• Sanitize and clean the warehouse
• Knowledge of cleaning and using chemicals

Qualifications

• One – two years previous experience in sanitation, housekeeping, or janitorial services preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with an RF Scanner and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory control
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Keen attention to detail
• Use a forklift or walking pallet jack for transporting/lifting loads within the warehouse
• Use "First In, First Out" (FIFO) procedure to ensure proper rotation of existing stock
• Must successfully pass a background checks every 3rd year on your anniversary date
• Adherence to work schedule and attendance policy
• Understand and utilize safe lifting practices

Additional Requirement

• Follow Domino’s dress code standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
• Maintain forklift, pallet jack and scissor lift certifications

Additional Information

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift to from floor above head 25 lbs. frequently, and 50 lb. occasionally throughout shift
• Work in extreme temperatures [0-38 degrees] or heat [80+ degrees], and environment with exposure to loud machinery
• Ability to work well on a team but can be self-motivated and independent at times
• Must be available to work during a shift which may be scheduled anytime during a 24-hour day, over any 7-day period, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour
