Job summary

Capstone is hiring for a sanitation associate in Omaha, NE. Work Monday through Friday with shifts starting at 5:30 AM, finishing when work is complete. The role pays $17.00 per hour with weekly pay and offers benefits after 60 days of employment.

You will keep the site clean, learn sanitation and pallet sorting in a warehouse setting, and interact with customers and delivery personnel. A strong work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision are valued in this fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• The sanitation associate keep the work site clean and free of debris
• You will learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Assigned to specified areas within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations

• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
