Sila in Stoneham, MA is seeking a Warehouse Runner to keep field teams moving by ensuring equipment and supplies reach the right places. You’ll pickup, verify, load, and deliver HVAC and plumbing gear, and support technicians with timely deliveries.

We value dependability, organization, and teamwork. You’ll handle paperwork, maintain a clean vehicle, and provide professional service while staying flexible to schedule changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• HVAC, plumbing, warehouse, or delivery experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Pick up, receive, verify, load, and deliver HVAC and plumbing equipment, materials, parts, and supplies.
• Ensure technicians and field teams have the equipment they need for their jobs.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately for each job.

What You’ll Do

• Pick up, receive, verify, load, and deliver HVAC and plumbing equipment, materials, parts, and supplies
• Make sure technicians and field teams have the equipment and materials they need for their jobs

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Complete all assigned tasks efficiently, safely, and accurately
• Stay flexible and adaptable as schedules, assignments, and business needs change
• Support the warehouse and field teams with additional duties and responsibilities as needed
• Represent Sila professionally and respectfully in all interactions

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• At least 2 years of driving experience preferred
• HVAC, plumbing, warehouse, delivery, or related experience is a plus
• HVAC school or technical training is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong understanding of workplace safety
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and regularly stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and travel to various locations
