Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group in Pennsylvania is seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to support fast-paced HVACR distribution. You will drive a 26-ft box truck, load and unload, and ensure on-time deliveries while upholding safety standards.

This role also includes warehouse tasks like picking, packing, stocking, and using RF scanners. Strong driving record, DOT readiness, and the ability to lift 75+ lbs are required; growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience driving 26-ft box trucks.
• DOT experience or willingness to work under DOT standards.
• Warehouse and delivery experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts.
• Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries to customers and job sites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations).
• Represent the company professionally at every stop—customer relationships matter here.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization.
• Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
