Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services in the United States is seeking a Warehouse/Route Driver/Service Floater to join our logistics team. This full-time role combines warehouse, delivery, and on-site service tasks to keep customer coffee solutions running smoothly.

You will lift, inspect inventory, load and deliver, perform basic service tasks, and support colleagues across departments. A valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and reliable driving history are essential; you will travel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years.
• Past driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse duties: receive, inspect, and stock inventory; pick, pack, and prep orders; maintain a clean warehouse; assist inventory checks; operate forklifts/pallet jacks.
• Route Driver duties: backup to Route Drivers; deliver and pick up products; follow schedules; load/unload; conduct basic vehicle inspections.
• Service Technician duties: perform basic service tasks including assembling, installing, or repairing equipment; troubleshoot minor issues; provide on-site customer service; report major issues.
• General Support: fill in across roles; coordinate with teams; assist in projects like equipment setup or reorganizations.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position. No nights, no weekends.

Warehouse Duties

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

Route Driver Duties

• Serves as backup to our Route Drivers
• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up products or equipment.
• Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Load and unload goods, verifying the accuracy of delivery contents.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues as needed.

Service Technician Duties

• Perform basic service tasks, such as assembling, installing, or repairing equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with products or machinery.
• Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.
• Report any major service issues to the appropriate department for follow-up.

General Support

• Fill in across roles to support seamless operations, including assisting other team members.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, service techs, drivers and customer service teams to coordinate tasks.
• Assist in special projects, such as equipment setup or warehouse reorganizations.

Requirements

What you’ll bring – The Person:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years
• Past driving experience preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Usual and customary methods of performing job functions require significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling.
• Repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Drive 30 to 100 miles per day.
• Climb in and out of delivery vehicle multiple times per day.
• Load and unload 30-to-35-pound hand cart from delivery vehicle at approximately 16-20 customer sites per day.
• Use hand cart to move products and equipment from delivery vehicle into customer facility.
• Job generally requires 20 percent sitting and/or driving, 60 percent walking, and 20 percent standing daily.
• Able to work outdoors in various types of weather.
