Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services, a long-standing nationwide provider of office coffee solutions, is seeking a Warehouse Employee in California. This role involves processing and loading orders, inventory control, and ensuring safe, efficient warehouse operations.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling shipments, driving company vehicles as needed, and supporting route drivers. A valid license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years.
• Past driving experience preferred.
• Repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb in and out of delivery vehicle multiple times per day.

Responsibilities

• Load and accurately inventory product and equipment orders.
• Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests to fill customer orders.
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Safely use warehouse equipment, including forklift, and perform basic repairs on coffee machines.
• Check dates on product and pull all expired products.
• Serves as back up to Route Drivers.
• Drive company-owned vans and trucks 30 to 100 miles daily to transport products and equipment to customers.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What You’ll Be Doing – The Role
