Job summary

Werner is hiring for a Warehouse role in Appleton, WI. The position checks in customer returns, processes credits, and ensures defective/quality products are returned to stock. It requires basic computer skills and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Starting wage is $19 per hour with potential for a $2,400 annual bonus, a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, and a leveling program with annual merit increases. Prior warehouse experience is a plus and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Related picking/packing or general warehouse experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Checking in, processing & reporting out discrepancies in customer returns.
• Checking in & processing glove testing orders.
• Creating a list of items that are good that don’t have an RGA list already.
• Packing & processing an order for return back to customer.
• May assist with cycle counting.
• Other related duties as assigned.
