Job summary

BSH Home Appliances Corporation in Dallas is seeking a Lead, Warehouse Returns Processor to manage the intake, categorization, and disposition of returned products. The role includes light refurbishment, adherence to policies, and ensuring a fast resale cycle.

The candidate will audit dispositions, maintain safety standards, train junior staff, and coordinate with the Field Service Manager to meet quotas and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of warehouse and technical appliance experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer relations, verbal and written communication, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and categorize returned products for resale with accuracy and efficiency.
• Audit daily dispositions and ensure paperwork matches system data.
• Perform light refurbishment of products for resale when needed.
• Uphold safety, company policies, and quality standards at all times.
• Mentor lower level staff and provide guidance and training as required.
• Report health and safety issues to the appropriate person and maintain a professional image.
