Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in warehouse/technical appliance roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Current valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Process and categorize returned products; inspect and log data; refurbish units when possible for inventory.
• Ensure staff coverage and comply with prescribed hours by the Field Service Manager.
• Make returned products available for resale quickly; follow guidelines for classification and disposition.
• Audit daily dispositions; ensure paperwork matches data in the system.
• Maintain safety and company standards; complete tasks without risking staff safety.
