Job summary

NRI 3PL in Henderson, NV is seeking a Returns Clerk to support the returns team by organizing and processing warranty, quality control, repairs, and returns duties for products from lifestyle brands.

You will input returns data into the system, communicate with clients by email, perform quality control on returns and warranty claims, and follow all safety procedures. The role requires physical ability, basic MS Office skills, and 3+ months in returns.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of experience in the Returns department.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Must be able to read/comprehend English.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all returns are processed in a timely manner and per client requirements.
• Input returns information into the system.
• Client communication via email and reporting.
• Quality control on returns and warranty claims.
• Follow safety rules and standard operating procedures.
• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy.

The Following Schedule Is Available For This Role

Monday – Friday: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Starting Pay:

$17.75 an hour

All About You

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learnbasic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

The Must Haves:

• Must have3+ months ofexperiencein the Returns department
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• ProficientwithMicrosoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Must be able to read/comprehend English
