Job summary

NRI 3PL in Henderson, NV is seeking an Equipment Operator for a Monday–Friday shift with a starting pay of $20.50 per hour. You will help with order picking, replenishments, and other warehouse duties while supporting different departments to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months forklift experience on an order/cherry picker.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to read/comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other warehouse machines (order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks).
• Assist in receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting alongside general warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules, SOPs, and security protocols; keep work areas clean and organized.

The Following Schedule Is Available For This Role Monday - Friday: 1:00 am - 9:30 am

A Day in the Life As anEquipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team byassisting in order picking, let downs, replenishmentand supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with productsfrom awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

All About You

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

The Must Haves

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• This position requires a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)
• Must be able to read/comprehend English

Things You Will be Doing

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting along with other general warehouse duties
• Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
