Job summary

NRI is seeking a Returns Clerk to join the Returns team and manage warranty, quality control, repairs, and returns duties for our active-lifestyle clients. You will input data, help with client communications, and ensure timely processing of all returns in accordance with client requirements.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 months of returns experience, proficiency with MS Office (Outlook and Excel), and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of experience in the Returns department.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and endure standing for extended periods.
• Must be able to read/comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all returns are processed in a timely manner and per client requirements.
• Input returns information into the system.
• Client communication via email and reporting.
• Quality control on returns and warranty claims.
• Follow NRI safety rules, procedures, and SOPs.
• Keep work and storage areas clean and safe.

Job description

As a ReturnsClerk, you will play an important part of theReturnsteambyorganizing and completing all warranty, quality control, repairsand returns duties. You’ll be working with productsfrom awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The following schedule is available for this role:

Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM @ $17.75/hr

Monday - Friday: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM @ $18.75/hr

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learnbasic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

The Must Haves:

• Must have3+ months ofexperiencein the Returns department
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• ProficientwithMicrosoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Must be able to read/ comprehend English
