Shop LC in Austin, TX is seeking a part-time Warehouse Returns Associate to process product returns in a fast-paced warehouse. You will light-pack, inspect items, and input return data while supporting warehouse staff across shifts.

Starting pay is $20 per hour, with English fluency and basic computer skills required. The role involves handling shipments, maintaining accuracy in customer accounts, and adhering to safety procedures in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of returns or similar experience.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Basic computer skills (email, printer, PC).
• Knowledge of warehouse operating procedures and protocol.
• Experience in distribution or warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate inventory control software.
• Focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Adherence to directions and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain productivity and quality per department requirements.
• Unpack, inspect, and categorize returned merchandise with proper paperwork.
• Receive merchandise following safety procedures.
• Distribute items to correct locations based on value and condition.
• Input customer account notes and return instructions in systems.
• Identify and report distribution issues to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment at all times.
• Perform data entry as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
