Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada seeks a Warehouse Associate to join Staples World Class Supply Chain Team in Beloit, WI. You may rotate through six areas including bulk/MHE operation, replenishment, receiving, returns, and shipping, performing duties safely and efficiently.

This role emphasizes physical stamina, adherence to safety, and teamwork. Starting pay is $22.85/hr with $1 shift differential; full-time and part-time benefits apply, and footwear provided after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Full-time associates must be able to work additional overtime hours as needed.
• Able to lift 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes and endure standing/walking for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product up to 100 lbs within the warehouse.
• Perform warehouse duties across six areas including Bulk/Material Handling and Receiving/Putaway/Returns.
• Assist with shipping, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders for trucks.
• Maintain safety practices and clean, organized workspaces.
• Rotate through roles (SC2 to SC1) as needed by business.`
