Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Staples Supply Chain team in a hands-on role across multiple areas including order picking, restocking, bulk selection, and custodial duties. You may be moved between roles to meet business needs while upholding safety standards and accuracy.

The role supports a pay-for-performance structure with a base wage of $21.20/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift differential, and offers full-time and part-time benefits, with PTO, holidays,

Qualifications

• Must have basic counting and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and customers to resolve issues.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and wear safety shoes.

Responsibilities

• Picker: accurately select customer orders and prep for delivery.
• Restocker: scan labels, cut boxes and restock shelves for next shift.
• Bulk selector: pull, pack totes, cut cases and stock product on conveyors.
• Custodian: clean and sanitize areas, empty trash and maintain floors.
