Job summary

Cheney Brothers, Inc. in Ocala, FL is seeking a Warehouse, Repack associate to break down full cases of produce and meat into smaller pack sizes and inspect quality for compliance with standards.

You will label items, stack cases on pallets, and transport them to the dock, while following HACCP guidelines and staying aligned with safety policies. This on-site role involves reading production schedules and performing related duties as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 6-12 months warehouse and/or production experience.
• Ability to read production schedules and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Break down full cases of produce and/or meat into smaller pack sizes.
• Inspect product quality, weight, count, and compliance with standards.
• Label items with descriptions and stack cases on pallets for transport.
• Ensure proper recording of damage and waste as required.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain cleaning in repack area.
• Complete assigned paperwork accurately and on time.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
