Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Pallet Repacker to help reduce inventory shrink and improve warehouse organization. The role requires safe operation of an electric pallet jack, good communication, and attention to detail in recording lot numbers and dates.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend/holiday rotation, early morning hours, and benefits starting Day 1. Prior warehouse/foodservice knowledge is a plus, and dependability is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Safely operate electric pallet jack.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Warehouse experience/foodservice knowledge preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.
• Must be dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reducing inventory shrink and improving warehouse organization.
• Evaluate damaged product for disposition (repack for sale, salvage, dump). Repack damaged product determined to be saleable.
• Record proper information on repackaged product (lot #, date, etc.) whether for sale or salvage.
• Properly record all dumped product.
• Assist with tracking of dated products to minimize product loss due to date issues.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.
