Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Utility 1 to repack damaged packaging, maintain a clean warehouse, and sort products. The role involves handling pallets, complying with safety policies, and executing duties in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to read/write/speak English, and willing to work weekends or flexible schedules as required. Training and PPE provided; opportunities for growth exist within the Coca-Cola UNITED network.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Identify products in good condition for repack to include in the process.
• Account for and report products to be destroyed and recycled.
• Follow repack guidelines including date coding, cleaning, taping, gluing and testing package integrity.
• Maintain package quality and integrity while performing duties timely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.
• Follow written and oral instructions.
• Load miscellaneous items and stack pallets and shells.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.
