Midway Staffing is seeking a dependable Records Center Specialist for a warehouse-based role in North Kansas, Missouri. This temp-to-hire position offers a stable weekday schedule with long-term growth potential for the right candidate.

The role involves organizing sensitive documents in a physically active environment, with pay at $17 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Overtime and weekends may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs consistently.
• Comfortable standing, bending, climbing stairs and ladders.
• Experience handling confidential documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lift, move, and stack boxes and materials up to 65 lbs.
• Operate manual pallet jacks to transport records.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Handle confidential documents with accuracy and discretion.
• Follow safety and operating procedures.
