Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months of relevant warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials and chemicals and enter into ERP (Process Pro) accurately and timely.
• Verify incoming quantities against Bill of Lading, Shipping Manifest, and packing list; note shortages or damages.
• Inspect items and assign quarantine status until release.
• Stamp labels with SAP part#, description, qty, manufacturer, date received and inspector stamp.
• Keep receiving area organized and report issues to Purchasing.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for resolution of issues.
