Job summary

Floor & Decor in Florence, KY is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our retail stores. You will unload, audit, and stage product, help ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain safe handling practices.

Full-time and part-time roles available; minimum base pay starts at $15 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience. Applicants should have 1–2 years warehouse experience and forklift certification, plus strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Effective oral and written communication
• Attentive to detail
• Ability to work in different weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed
• Ensure products are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse
• Perform other related duties as directed by management
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance with safe lifting practices and SOPs
• Complete required department and equipment training (must be forklift certified)
