Responsibilities

• Verify and monitor relevant finished packaging codes according to specifications
• Inspect products for quality issues and remove defects/contaminants such as stones, wood, glass, plastic, etc., prior to packaging
• Perform timely checks to meet specifications
• Provide proper quality documentation to supervisors/managers
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety
• Ensure product quality meets all standards required by FDA, USDA, etc.
• Ensure product quality meets customer, state, and federal guidelines
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
