Position Overview

The Quality Inspector supports the production floor and reports to the Production Supervisor, ensuring product compliance with quality and industry specifications.

Shift: 1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical and visual inspections, report and isolate non-conforming products.
• Perform in-process inspections and document findings.
• Inspect finished products for conformance, conduct visual and dimensional testing, and handle nonconforming products through rework or rejection.
• Document inspection results, review paperwork, complete inspection plan forms, enter data into databases, and prepare shipping packets.
• Communicate quality issues to the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of ISO 13485 standards.
• Experience with measurement and testing equipment.
• Vision system experience is a plus.
• Proficient in blueprint reading.

Pay Range

USD $17.75 - USD $24.09 per hour.
