Job summary

Staples is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our world-class Supply Chain Team. You may work across multiple roles, including bulk/material handling, porter, replenishment, receiving, returns, and shipping, while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will operate forklifts and related equipment, handle pallets, and move goods up to 100 pounds. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety rules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• If hired full-time, ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime may be required.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Ability to lift, push or pull boxes weighing 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) as needed.
• Assist with general cleaning and basic maintenance duties in the facility.
• Move product within the warehouse and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Verify accuracy of product and communicate discrepancies to teammates.
• Support receiving/putaway/returns, shipping, and overall warehouse operations as required.
