Job summary

Staples is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to support multiple areas including bulk handling, portering, replenishment, receiving/putaway, returns and shipping. You may rotate among roles and must meet basic warehouse qualifications.

You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other equipment while maintaining safety standards. The position offers full-time and part-time benefits and requires lifting up to 100 pounds and working in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent training/education.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• If full-time, ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime may be required.
• Must be able to lift 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes and be able to walk/stand constantly.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick and move product up to 100 lbs in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to safety procedures.
• Perform receiving, putaway, returns, and shipping tasks as needed.
• Assist with inventory control and packing slips accuracy.
• Move products within the facility using equipment while following safety guidelines.
