Job summary

Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to manage inbound loads, verify quantities, and coordinate with drivers on the shop floor. The role includes maintaining receiving records, ensuring accurate BOLs, and supporting quality control on outbound loads.

The position requires warehouse experience, attention to detail, and intermediate computer skills; compensation ranges from $18.00 to $26.00 per hour DOE, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a warehouse setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior warehouse experience required.
• Proficient with Excel/Word and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record all items received.
• Maintain receiving records and oversee data entry for billing and reports.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies and organize daily load board.
• Load trucks with forklift and manage BOLs and backorders.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound trucking and ensure paperwork is complete before departure.
