Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Supply Chain Lead Warehouse Technician at the Springfield distribution center. The role leads shifts to handle receiving, stock processing, picking, stocking, and delivery across the healthcare system, with a 40-hour workweek and a day shift.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Warehouse supervisor to enhance quality and productivity. Requires a high school diploma; warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred: 2 year warehouse experience.
• Proficient in using computers and various Microsoft programs, workforce management and Inventory systems.
• Understands and is compliant with regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and paperwork using supply chain software.
• Route merchandise across the healthcare system for timely delivery and signatures.
• Pick, fill, stock, sort, and place stock on racks or bin locations.
• Deliver stock by warehouse truck (Class E license).
• Collaborate with the Warehouse supervisor to drive quality and productivity improvements.

Job Description

The Supply Chain Lead Warehouse Technician is responsible for leading shifts to perform an array of functions that may include, but not limited to the following: Receiving and processing incoming stock, materials, and paperwork utilizing various Supply Chain software tools. In addition, must demonstrate a working knowledge of all department locations for correct and timely routing (and signatures) of merchandise throughout the Healthcare System. Picking and filling orders from stock. Stocking, sorting and place stock on racks, shelves or bin locations. Delivery of stock by warehouse truck (Class E license and good driving record). The Lead Warehouse Technician will work closely with the Warehouse supervisor to drive quality and productivity improvements.

• Preferred: 2 year warehouse experience
