Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and oversee receiving, storage, and distribution activities with safety and efficiency in mind.

You will monitor team performance, assist in recruitment and training, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements; travel up to 15% may be required. Salary range: $50,000-$70,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of management experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations or a related area.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events (approx. 15%).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management.
• Monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to improve productivity.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new warehouse team members.
• Resolve warehouse-related issues, escalating to management when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
