SHI International Corp. in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Supervisor to lead receiving, storage, and distribution operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will supervise staff, monitor performance, enforce safety protocols, coordinate with logistics teams, and drive process improvements while maintaining precise inventory records and supporting recruitment and training efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of management experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations or related area.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events (21%+).
• Proficient with inventory systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ensure safe, compliant receiving and storage processes.
• Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams.
• Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff.
• Monitor performance and drive process improvements.
