Job Summary

The Warehouse Receiving Supervisor will lead and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and overseeing receiving, storage, and distribution activities. This role involves monitoring team performance, implementing safety protocols, coordinating with logistics teams, and maintaining accurate inventory records through regular audits. The manager will assist in recruitment and training, resolve warehouse-related issues, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and develop process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Salary

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary, is $50,000 - $70,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
