Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in our Elizabeth, NJ store. You will unload, audit, and stage products, and ensure receiving paperwork is accurate while maintaining safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a warehouse, forklift certification, and strong communication. The role requires attention to detail, a readiness for extended hours during peak seasons, and the ability to work in a busy, noisy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certified or able to obtain certification.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading, auditing, and staging products for inventory.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is completed accurately.
• Store products efficiently to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation and maintain proper records.
• Comply with safe lifting practices and complete required training.
