Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in a retail store. You will unload, audit, and stage products to recover store inventory, while ensuring accurate paperwork and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, forklift familiarity, and strong communication. The role requires lifting, moving, and extended hours, with typical warehouse hours and a focus on accurate inventory management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Ensure products are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding and compliance with safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required department and equipment training (must be forklift certified).
