Job summary

North Coast, part of the Sonepar group, is hiring for a warehouse associate in Auburn, WA. The role involves maintaining clean, organized warehouse space and accurate order fulfillment.

On-site duties include operating RF scanners, forklifts, and ERP systems with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. The position offers a non-exempt, full-time schedule with typical Monday–Friday hours and occasional evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT).
• Pro-active and self-motivated mindset with reliable on-site attendance.
• Good written and oral communication; safety aware and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Order filling, including wire cutting and pipe order filling.
• Commitment to One Item, One Bin and Just Face It! best practices.
• Assist with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
