Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Receiver who will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to support receiving, staging, replenishing and inventory control, ensuring that all customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

You will lead and collaborate with a team, implement best practices in distribution, monitor inventory levels, reconcile counts, and maintain safe, orderly warehouse operations in compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading distribution or warehouse teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and report to management clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supports receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and supporting program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Ensures the warehouse is kept clean and in compliance with AIB and NFS standards.
• Supports workloads and productivity and ensure that all receiving and put away is completed in a timely manner and inventory is maintained accurately.
