Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Highlands Ranch location.

Responsibilities include unloading, auditing, and staging products to recover store inventory, while maintaining safety procedures and accurate paperwork. The role requires 1-2 years of warehouse experience, forklift certification, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is required or preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Stage products for counting and inspection.
• Complete receiving paperwork accurately.
• Store products properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform related duties as directed by management.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified).
