Job summary

Staples in Coppell, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support six areas: bulk handling, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, returns, and shipping. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and proficient operation of material handling equipment as needed.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with potential full-time or part-time hours and overtime based on demand, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and accurate processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent training.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift/pull/push 70–100 lbs by hand.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product safely.
• Perform general warehouse tasks including cleaning and maintenance.
• Assist with receiving/putaway/returns and packing for shipment.
• Ensure accuracy of product and resolve discrepancies and damages.
• Support shipping with organizing, stacking, and palletizing orders.
