Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Receiving Clerk in Groveport, Ohio to log incoming purchase orders, audit receiving paperwork, assist inventory, and help ensure stores are stocked and merchandise is handled safely.

You will operate distribution systems, use forklifts and hand trucks, call vendors for packing lists and freight bills, and maintain filing for receiving packets. This role does not require travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Log incoming purchase orders and audit receiving paperwork for accuracy.
• Assist inventory to ensure stores are stocked and observe merchandise for defects or damage.
• Operate distribution systems and use equipment to unload, transport, stock and load merchandise.
