Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Previous order picker/fork lift experience is highly desired.
• Able to operate or willing to learn how to operate powered industrial equipment including order picker, walker-rider, and electronic pallet jack; working at heights up to 25 feet.
• Attention to detail is crucial for this position.
• Able to work in fast paced environment and with minimal supervision.
• Excellent previous attendance history.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Must perform all physical motions typical of a Receiving Clerk and lift up to 60lbs (or more) and push/pull heavy carts.
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment and overtime willingness.
• Successful pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks in a timely manner and sort and check in freight.
• Move palletized product from receiving to correct warehouse location.
• Learn and perform scanning process (RF) in receiving with handheld devices.
• Adhere to customer requests per established policies.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and perform custodial duties as needed.
• Promote a positive team atmosphere and collaborate with fellow associates.
