Qualifications

• Experience as a receiving clerk or similar role preferred.

• Proficiency with data entry and inventory software.
• Strong organizational, math, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with procurement to list expected deliveries.
• Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt.
• Unload packages from incoming trucks.
• Inspect contents for damage.
• Verify orders against invoices (quantity, quality, price).
• Record shipments and update records in system.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on discrepancies and returns.
• Label deliveries and assign storage locations.
• Support inventory control and maintain accurate records.
