Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking a Receiving Clerk for our Brighton, Colorado location. This role focuses on producing shipping/receiving documents and supporting warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will work independently, provide strong customer service, and handle data entry with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and data entry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic WMS knowledge expected.
• Ability to type rapidly (minimum data entry speed).
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries and provide confirmation numbers to carriers.
• Check in/out drivers and log arrival times and door assignments.
• Obtain drivers signatures and proper paperwork.
• Prepare all shipping and receiving documents.
• Perform data entry for ship/receive processes.
• Ensure paperwork accuracy and resolve discrepancies with supervision.
• Maintain organized work area and timely tallies for daily loads.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
