Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a Receiving Clerk to join the Inbound team in Henderson, NV. You will help ensure timely processing of received product from active lifestyle clients, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour with opportunities to grow through internal programs. You will handle documentation, use the WMS, and maintain safe, clean work areas while supporting a collaborative, flexible workplace.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months of experience as an Inbound Clerk.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and endure standing/walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all inbound schedules are maintained and that documentation is accurate for all shipments.
• Works with Supervisor to determine inbound volumes and arrival times.
• Accurately enters all documents, ensuring they are complete and ready for processing in the system.
• Follows NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and SOPs.
• Keeps work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy at all times.
• Performs other duties as requested.

Job description

As a Receiving Clerk, you will play an important part of the Inbound team by ensuring timely processing of received product . You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The following schedule is available for this role: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Starting Pay: $17.75 per hour Location: 3591 Volunteer Blvd, Henderson, NV 89044

All About You

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Experience with basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

The Must Haves:

• Must have 6+ months of experience as an Inbound Clerk
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Must be able to read/comprehend English
