Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a Receiving Lead on the PM Shift to help lead the inbound team, assist in offloading and accurately receive inbound shipments, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. You’ll work with products for clients in the active lifestyle space.

The role is based in Easton, PA and pays $22.00 per hour with a $1 shift differential. Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, with duties including training, coordinating receiving tasks, labor planning with the Receiving Supervisor, and

• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and cross-training of receiving employees.
• Lead and delegate a variety of receiving tasks while working within SLA.
• Collaborate with the Receiving Supervisor by planning labor requirements based on forecast.
• Ensure all inbound shipments are received, with quality checks for damages and discrepancies.
• Perform receiving, offloading, scanning and other general warehouse duties.
• Follow safety rules and SOPs; keep areas clean and organized.

Job description

As aReceivingLead on our PM Shift, you will play an important part inleading the Inbound team by assisting in offloading and accurately receive inbound shipments. This position will involve occasional lifting and moving boxes from 20 – 50 lbs. throughout the shift. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The following schedule(s) are available for this role:

Monday to Friday 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm

Starting Pay:

$22.00/hour ($21/hr + $1/hr shift differential)

• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with a minimum of direction, and be extremely detail oriented

The Must Haves:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
