Job summary

NRI 3PL is seeking a Receiving Clerk in Henderson, NV to support the inbound team. You will ensure timely processing of received products from brand clients, following safety rules and SOPs, while maintaining accurate inbound documentation.

The role requires 6+ months in an inbound clerk role, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with a starting pay of $17.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as an Inbound Clerk.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and tolerate dusty/noisy conditions.
• Must be able to read/comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all inbound schedules are maintained and documentation is accurate for all shipments.
• Works with Supervisor to determine inbound volumes and arrival times.
• Accurately enters all documents for processing in the system.
• Follow NRI safety rules and SOPs.
• Keeps work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy.
• Performs other duties as requested.

A Day in the Life

As a Receiving Clerk, you will play an important part of the Inbound team by ensuring timely processing of received product. You'll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The Following Schedule Is Available For This Role

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Starting Pay

$17.75 per hour

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Experience with basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

The Must Haves

• Must have 6+ months of experience as an Inbound Clerk
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Must be able to read/comprehend English

Things You Will be Doing

• Ensures all inbound schedules are maintained and that documentation is accurate for all shipments.

• Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
• Performs other duties as requested.
