Job summary

NRI 3PL in Henderson, NV is hiring a Receiver to help offload inbound shipments, verify quantities, and record into our warehouse system. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

You will work Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, with starting pay of $16 per hour plus shift differential; prior warehouse experience and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of warehouse experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities.

A Day in the Life

As a Receiver, you will play an important part of the Inbound team by assisting in offloading and accurately receive inbound shipments. This position will involve occasional lifting and moving boxes from 20 – 70 lbs. throughout the shift. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The ideal candidate is team-oriented, proactive, and has a high attention to detail. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with priorities that may change daily, while remaining focused on partnering with the team to discern any potential roadblocks to task completion.

The Following Schedule Is Available For This Role

Monday - Friday: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM @ $17.00 /hr

Starting Pay

$16 per hour + Shift differential

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

The Must Haves

• Must have 3+ months of prior warehouse experience
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing

• Ensure all inbound shipments are received, checked for damage and processed into the system.
• Receiving, offloading, scanning along with other general warehouse duties.
• FollowingNRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
