• Detail oriented with ability to demonstrate skill in business analysis, and/or a track record in executing company standards successfully.
• Ability to effectively communicate, interact and convey business decisions with many different levels within the organization.
• Knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory systems, supply chain management, logistics, customer service, reporting, system analysis, equipment and warehouse functionality.
• Proven success in maintaining quality, service and client relationships in a high-paced setting.
• Strong computer skills with proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound inventory using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure accurate records.
• Manage inbound paperwork and communicate shipment statuses and potential issues.
• Inspect trailers, identify compliance issues, and record inbound data accurately.
• Maintain accuracy and organization throughout daily tasks.
• Coordinate and communicate with leadership and team members.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting; operating Material Handling Equipment is a plus.

• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) extensively to process incoming inventory.

• Maintain a high focus on accuracy and overall organization throughout daily tasks.

• Performing physical tasks, such as lifting and bending are required.
  
• The ability to operate Material Handling Equipment is a plus.
