Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., is seeking warehouse team members for a first shift in a fast-paced distribution environment in Fontana, CA. The role includes loading/unloading, order selection, pallet building, and shipping, with overtime opportunities and weekly pay.

DailyPay is available and benefits begin on day one. Qualified applicants will have at least 6 months of Reach Truck experience, the ability to lift 70 lbs, basic computer skills, and must be 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum 6 months Reach Truck experience
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs
• Familiarity with computers preferred

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product in inbound operations
• Select product for orders in Commissary team
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders using forklifts/MHE
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks
• Manage inventory and correct discrepancies
• Use WMS and devices to pick/ship orders and stay organized
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Pursue forklift/MHE certification as needed

About This Position

Must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Thursday 4:30am - 2:00pm & Friday 7:30am - 11:30am (overtime as needed)***

You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Develop teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is afull-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) to support our Bulk team.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Must have 6 months minimum of Reach Truck experience
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have 6 months minimum of Reach Truck experience
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.
