Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. operates Keefe Group, a leading warehouse division, and is seeking operations team members for a fast-paced facility. You will handle inbound/outbound tasks, support order fulfillment, and participate in cross-training across distribution departments.

Candidates should have 6+ months Reach Truck experience, the ability to lift 70 lbs, and basic computer skills. This full-time role offers weekly pay and benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related training; or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of inbound operations.
• Select products for customer orders and prepare shipments.
• Build, stage and load pallet orders using forklifts and MHE.
• Manage inventory and use WMS systems to process orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and pursue certification.
• Possibly become forklift and material handling equipment certified.

About This Position

Must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Thursday 4:30am - 2:00pm & Friday 7:30am - 11:30am (overtime as needed)***

You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Develop teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.


• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.


• Build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) to support our Bulk team.


• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.


• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.


• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.


• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.


• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.


• Must have 6 months minimum of Reach Truck experience


• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Must be at least 18 years of age.


• Must have 6 months minimum of Reach Truck experience


• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.


• Familiarity with computers preferred.
