Job summary

Keefe Group operates a warehouse-focused facility where you will be part of a structured team handling receiving, picking, and shipping functions onsite in Olive Branch, MS. This full-time role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and cross-training across distribution departments.

You will use WMS and handheld devices to process orders, while developing forklift and material handling skills. Regular pay cycles and overtime opportunities support daily earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehousing experience.
• EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) experience required.
• Ability to operate a Dock Stocker.
• Ability to operate Reach Truck and Dock Stocker Forklift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm and weekends when needed.
• Strong teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and put away product in inbound operations.
• Select products for individual customer orders in Commissary team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders using forklifts and MHE.
• Load orders onto third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Learn WMS systems and use handheld scanners and tablets.

About This Position

You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Develop teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) to support our Bulk team.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• 1 year of Warehousing experience is REQUIRED.
• EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) experience is REQUIRED.
• Able to operate a Dock Stocker is REQUIRED.
• Current/Previous Inventory experience PREFERRED.
• Able to operate a Reach Truck AND Dock Stocker Forklift is REQUIRED.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
• Ability to work: Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm
• Able to work weekends when needed.
