Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. (Keefe Group) is seeking warehouse operations team members for a first-shift, full-time, on-site role in Sparks, NV.

You will perform inbound, order picking, packing, and outbound shipments using modern forklifts and WMS systems, with cross-training across distribution departments. We offer daily pay, weekly pay on Thursday, overtime opportunities, and benefits from day one, including health coverage and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and obtain forklift certification.
• Familiarity with computers and basic Office programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of Inbound Operations.
• Select product for orders as part of Commissary team.
• Build, stage and load pallet orders using forklifts and MHE.
• Load delivery trucks and manage inventory with regular counts.
• Use WMS systems and mobile scanners to fulfill orders.

About This Position

• $100 weekly production/attendance bonus - can be making up to $21.50/hour
• Must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Wednesday 6:00am - 3:30pm, Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am - 11:00am (overtime as needed)

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting from your first day.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area.

You will work onsite. You will report to the operations manager.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) to support our Bulk team
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks
• Manage inventory in a environment, to include counting product and correcting inventory
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
